🆕 How to Create Your MyEurocamp Account
Direct Answer: Your MyEurocamp account is not created automatically when you book. To view and manage your holidays, you must sign up for a secure account using the same email address you used to make your booking.
🚶 Step-by-Step Sign Up
Start: Go to the [MyEurocamp Login Page].
Select Sign Up: Click the blue ‘Create my sign up account’ button. (If you are already on a login screen, look for the smaller ‘Sign up’ link at the bottom).

Email Address: Enter your email.
Crucial: If you have an existing booking, you must use the email address associated with that booking to see your holiday details.
Security: Choose a strong personal password and click ‘Continue’.

Verification: Check your inbox for a verification email.
Tip: If it hasn’t arrived within 5 minutes, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
Confirm: Click the link in the email to verify your account.
Log In: Return to MyEurocamp and log in with your new credentials.

Once logged in, your dashboard will automatically display any active bookings linked to your email address.
❓ Common Sign-Up Issues
"Email already in use": This means you may have created an account in a previous season. Try the 'Forgot Password' link instead.
"No bookings found": Double-check that the email you used to sign up matches the one on your booking confirmation. If they are different, our systems won't "link" them automatically.
Verification link expired: Verification links are time-sensitive for your security. If yours has expired, simply start the sign-up process again to trigger a new email.
